Banana and Fig Iceblock

Best on a nice hot summer day

BANANA ICEBLOCKS:

Ingredients:

- 1 an a 1/2 cups milk

- 3/4 cup or 2 ripe bananas

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 tablespoon honey


Method:


- In a hand processor pour in all ingredients.

- Process on high speed for a few minutes.

- Pour into jug.

- Pour into molds.

- Put in freezer for 5 hours or overnight.


FIG ICEBLOCKS:

Ingredients:


- 2 cups coconut milk

- 1/3 cup of honey.

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Pinch of salt

- 4 fresh figs sliced


Method:


- Slice figs.

- In a mixing bowl pour in coconut milk, vanilla extract, salt and honey. Mix till incorporated.

- Pour into a jug.

- Place slices of figs into molds.

- Pour coconut mix into molds.

- Freeze for 5 hours or overnight. Enjoy !!
