Chocolate Oreo Mousse Cups

Rich and easy to make for guests.

CHOCOLATE IS THE ANSWER, WHO CARES WHAT THE QUESTION IS?
Ingredients:
- Packet of Oreos
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 1 cup of dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 cups of whipped cream
Method:
- Place biscuits in a plastic bag and crush using a rolling pin or use a small food processor to crush the biscuits into a crumble. Transfer to a small mixing bowl.
- Pour in melted butter and milk and mix.
- Melt chocolate over a bain marie (bowl over boiling water). Remove the chocolate before it is completely melted to prevent it from burning or you may use the microwave for 30 seconds.
- In a medium sized mixing bowl whisk the cream till it is light and airy.
- Pour the cooled chocolate into the cream and fold in carefully till chocolate is mixed through.
- Spoon a bit of the biscuit mix into serving cups. And flatten out on the bottom. Spoon in chocolate mousse. You can add another layer of biscuits repeatedly or just lay it all out on the bottom.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours. Garnish and serve.
