The proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of rice
- 1 ½ cups of water
- 3 ½ cups of milk
- ½ cup of sugar
- 6 tablespoons of corn starch
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of rose water

Method:
1. In a medium sized saucepan pour in the water and wait till it boils.
2. Add the rice and let it simmer for 25 – 30 minutes or till cooked.
3. Drain the excess water and set aside.
4. In another medium-sized pan pour in milk, sugar and starch. Stir till incorporated and there are no lumps.
5. Add the rice and stir through.
6. Stir constantly till the mixture has thickened and boiled.
7. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and rose water.
8. Pour mixture into desired glasses and garnish with some crushed pistachios. Enjoy !
